Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], of [REGISTERED ADDRESS] ("MRRLoop", "we", "us"). They cover your use of the MRRLoop website at `mrrloop.net` and the MRRLoop app at `app.mrrloop.net` (together, the "Service").

1. What MRRLoop is

MRRLoop is a growth practice for founders of digital products. It gives you a weekly plan, lets you learn from founders a step ahead of you, and lets you help founders a step behind you. Help between members is voluntary and free. Skill swaps (help for help) are allowed. MRRLoop is not a marketplace for paid services.

2. Private beta

• Invite-only. The Service is a private beta. You can only sign in with an email address we have invited. Access is personal, can be withdrawn at any time, and may sit behind an additional access gate (for example a shared password) that you must not share with anyone we have not invited.
• Features may change. We may add, change or remove features at any time, and we may end the beta at any time.
• Demo and mock labels. Some features run in demo or mock mode (for example the AI coach, billing and some revenue connectors). They are labelled in the app. Demo or mock results are not real data and are never shown as verified.
• No service level. There is no uptime commitment, support response time or service level agreement during the beta.
• Feedback. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve the Service without owing you anything.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least [MINIMUM AGE — proposed 18] years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
• You use MRRLoop as, or on behalf of, a founder or team building a digital product.
• Keep access to your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account. Do not create accounts for someone else or impersonate anyone.

4. No promised outcomes; not professional advice

• MRRLoop is a practice, not a promise. We make no commitment about any result (revenue, growth, customers or otherwise), and nothing in the Service is an earnings claim.
• AI coach. The coach produces automated suggestions. Its output can be wrong or incomplete. It is not financial, legal, tax, investment or other professional advice. You decide what to do with it.
• Advice from other members is their personal opinion. Check it before you rely on it.

5. Your content

• You keep ownership of what you post (plans, messages, files, testimonials and so on).
• You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process and display your content only as needed to run and improve the Service for you and the members you share it with.
• Testimonials are published only with your consent, and you can withdraw consent in the app.
• You confirm you have the right to post your content and that it does not break these Terms or the law.

6. Revenue data

• Connecting a revenue source (for example Stripe or RevenueCat) is optional and is not available during the private beta; when offered, connections use read-only keys and keys that can change your billing are rejected.
• Your revenue amounts are private by default. Other members only ever see a tier label and a trust badge. MRRLoop administrators do not see your amounts.
• Self-reported or demo revenue is never shown as verified. Submitting fake or manipulated revenue data is prohibited.

7. Plans and billing

• MRRLoop plans are Free, Pro and Growth. During the private beta, paid billing is disabled and no payment is taken. Founding members may receive Pro at no charge for a period we tell you about.
• When billing is enabled, payments will be handled by a third-party merchant of record, [MERCHANT OF RECORD], whose terms will also apply. Prices, taxes, renewals, cancellation and refunds will be shown before you pay. [REFUND POLICY — TBD with counsel and the merchant of record.]
• Your plan changes only after the payment provider confirms the payment.

8. Acceptable use

You must follow the Community Guidelines. In particular, you must not:

• arrange or offer paid services, payments, equity, investment or revenue share with other members through MRRLoop;
• solicit members for sales, recruiting or fundraising;
• share other people's private data, including another member's revenue;
• harass, threaten, spam or impersonate anyone;
• fake help, farm XP or manipulate reputation, leagues or the Passport;
• submit fake revenue or interfere with verification;
• share your invitation, sign-in links, codes or the beta access gate credentials with others;
• break, probe, scrape or overload the Service, or get around rate limits, bot checks or access controls.

9. Enforcement and appeals

We may remove content, reverse XP, remove you from leagues or rooms, limit features, revoke your invitation, or suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or when needed to protect members or the Service. Where reasonable, we will tell you what happened and why. You can appeal by writing to [CONTACT EMAIL — e.g. hello@mrrloop.net] within [APPEAL WINDOW — proposed 30 days]. Someone not involved in the original decision will review it.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using MRRLoop at any time and delete your account in You → Privacy. Deleting your account permanently removes your member data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may end the beta or your access at any time.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. Some laws do not allow these exclusions, so some may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, MRRLoop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or [LIABILITY CAP AMOUNT]. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the updated Terms apply.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — founder is Egypt-based]. Disputes will be handled by [DISPUTE FORUM — TBD with counsel], without affecting mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
